Mornin' box.
...Ok, random fun story for the box. My customer this week is in a quarter end freeze which means that no one can do anything that disrupts the infrastructure. Random user submits an exemption request saying that he would like an exemption as he is going to be downloading large files. The approver asks what kinds of files so the user sends a sample over. The approver opens said file to find out it's porn. I could not believe when this happened, some people are real idiots. Best part, apparently there were three other folks involved and they were running a side biz reselling porn around the globe. Darwinism at work. |

(I bought JAVA the other day after the IBM talks broke down.) I'm still in shock that someone actually bought JAVA.

Hmmm, if you find a JFK routing, let me know. I've been looking to change my TPA-ONT run to include a PS flight.

So went and drove 4/5 of the (used) cars that are on my short list
-Accord Coupe-V6, 6spd-This one is no longer on the list. Too clunky feeling left me rather  -Civic Coupe Si, 6 spd-fun. Kinda what the old Accord's used to be -Acura RSX-S, 6spd-VTEC is really fun. Close in feel to my Prelude. Drawback (maybe) the Type-S uses premium unleaded-figure about 2 bucks extra per fill-up rated 31/24 -Mini Cooper S Type- REALLY-REALLY fun, rather surprised. I fit in car well(5'10") Hard to get used to not having the speedometer right in front of you. Way to many buttons, and tricky how some of them work. Again since it's a Type-S requires premium. Rated 29/22. Dealer did let me know that if any "serious" work has to be done on it, car has to be taken to Winston-Salem(home of Piedmont Airlines(now US)). Winston is 2+ hours away from me. I asked him to define serious, he said pretty much anything bigger than an oil change :rolleyes::eek: I'm sure I could find someone locally, but still........ |
