I'm not saying a thing as to where my two foriegn hubs are going...just patiently awaiting the time I need to set them up, since my 763's will be delivered right after I leave for the Devils game.

I thought we can only do one foreign hub (along with two domestics), or 4 domestic hubs?

Four total, two international...sounds right, I'll check.

That's what it looks like but when I tried to set mine up it would not let me add the second overseas hub.

ConciergeMike Mar 28, 2009 12:58 pm

Nope, wrong. Two domestic, one intl. Oops, misread.

It's confusing to read because AM values a hub that is not on your original continent at double. So with our world set at 2(4) or however it reads, that means these combinations:

4 domestic
2 domestic/1 foriegn

This is actually kind of nice, because with this setup, no one airline can "rule the globe".

Don't tell Pimpslap's CEO that. He'll throw hot ramen at you.

The Box seems to have devolved into the AM Discussion Thread.

I think it's too restrictive for the "world" we are in. As there are 90 airports but only 15 players. Some fairly large airports won't become a hub. And honestly, I think it makes those of us who have hubs in Europe at an advantage, as I will always have plenty of routes there with zero competition.

This US 734 actually quite nice in F. Newly refurbished leather seats, carpeting, bulkhead, etc.

Maybe so, but we'll fix that next time and use the full world map. That way there will be something like 500 airports.

For now, I'm concerning myself with alliance matters.

When the US 734 fleet refurbishes away from 30" in Y, I'll think about it. Until then, if I must be on US, it'll be on a 'Bus.

I think it will pass soon. Right now, everybody is in an early expansion mode. Things should settle down soon, and I won't spend all of Friday night setting up my routes. :o
