Well it was a bit chilly here in LAS this morning!

Sounds about right. It is a red-eye on a 757-300. Not freeze worthy, but Hell may have received a cold-front.

There are so many ways to respond to that SBM12 but I have a flight to catch!

I just prefer being semi-employed to being fully employed. The travel opportunities are better for me this way.

No more TG A300 for me. :( Our flights were changed to a 772 and a 744. This does, however, mean we have a shot at getting a plane with an International config. ^

Morning Box! Happy Friday.

An update on the job front... after more than a month of waiting, it now looks like they will proceed with a formal offer and a start date. It's been a long month of waiting... I'll feel relieved when I have the actual offer in my hand.

One project they are looking at is to send me to the UK for some period of time :) No problem with that at all...

Details to follow. More coffee required.

Congrats ^
And with chance for Long Hauls too ^^^^

Yes. :) At this point cautious optimism is good enough. Champagne is chilling, however ;)

Is the luggage being dusted off?

Hill passed to Christian Laettner, who made the shot.
I was working the America's Cup in SAN when he made that shot-really doesn't get much better than that for a Dukie being out west

Such a yucky night. We awoke a 04:00 to experience the tail end of our youngest Golden having a seizure. Scared the daylights out of us and the poor little guy was freaked and seemingly embarrassed that he lost control of some functions. So, I spent the rest of the night with him on the floor and sofa trying to comfort him. Thank god for the all night vet clinic talking us off the ledge!

But, luckily all is better today. Nothing quite like a wet nose and sloppy kiss alarm clock!

sdm1130 had me worried. Still an AB6 for my flight.

I will pass you good karma, COFlyerCLE!

You should get some reservations at L'Albatros for your celebration.

Zach Bruell did an amazing job with the make over, the wine list is great, the food is yummy and at a good price point, and the fromagier was pretty talented.

I'm a little bummed to be losing the aircraft type (not sure I've been on an A300) but the upgraded seats will make up for it. Perhaps we'll get lucky and end up in F.

You are absolutely correct, Hill was the one who made the inbound pass. I'm so embarrassed I feel like I just called a non-existent TO. :o
