Snow? We're having a late season Santa Ana here, highs in the lower 80s with sunshine and not a cloud to be found. I'm already missing the 60 degree winter, though.

You can tell for sure if it's sensor dust by taking a few shots of the blue sky with the smallest aperture of your lens. You'll see the same very sharp dust spot in every picture.

Thanks for the advice. I locked up the mirror and then used the air blower a few times and the dust spot at the top of my pictures are gone now. No more cropping the top anymore. :)

The mirror looks like it has a lot of dust on it, does that matter?

I posted that when it started to snow , but since it has slowed down and not accumulating much.

It should start up again soon. It stopped for about an hour here in western NJ but just started about 20 minutes ago. The flakes are small, but it's coming down at a decent pace.

I'm happy to report that the snow got me out of something that I was not up for being involved in tonight! :eek: :D

This is great. The jerk next door moved his car off the street so if they plow I won't have to shovel 5 feet into the road, snow is falling and I don't have to drive, football will be on the TV, NetFlix movies are in the mailbox, plus the 360 streaming so I'm all set up to be snowed in. :D^

Only thing is I forgot limes for the cocktails when shopping last night. :(:o:rolleyes:
