Trustguy was indeed intrigued when I made it at the Soccer DO at Olton Hall's house. It's really very simple, involving a little olive oil (I use peanut oil at home as Mrs. Mackie is allergic to olives), fresh cracked pepper, and Montreal Steak Seasoning. And then, it's on the grill. It's all about timing and feel, knowing when to pull it off so that it is cooked medium; doing it that way ensures it remains incredibly moist and scrumtrulescent instead of overdone and dry. |
