Thank you. I hear there are only two related feelings that are comparable: finishing teh bar, then finding out you passed teh bar. Hopefully those two are in the future.

I don't know if it is still like that but when I did a bar review course, the instructor told us to forget what we had learned in law school and just listen to him and read the Bar/Bri book.

It worked for me but not for the clowns who sat there in the classroom and shook their heads since he was preaching a different religion than the one that they had been practicing for the past three years.

Still fighting this cold -- I am headed to sleepy land.

Meh, the magic eight ball is unclear. The other is cloudy.

Sounds about right. The best part is, neither law school nor the bar exam effectively prepare a person for the actual practice of law. The Scots have definitely got a more reasonable system in that regard.

It's festering out here tonight. I wonder how many nights are left before the clouds of mosquitos descend on teh Pit. I've already had a few nibbles tonight.

Just a quick note on the Cavs

After I watched from my season ticket seats MJ take the game winning "shot" over Ehlo, the pain of the Cavs losing has long since left me. And after 15 additional years of watching them in some of the most pathetic seasons imaginable, I finally gave up the season tickets and never looked back.

Whether LBJ stays or leaves, I am uncertain whether it makes any difference. Cleveland is a cursed city. It would almost be karma if he left and won a championship the next year with his new team. :(

It isn't worth the emotional investment (which I discovered many years ago).

Have a good night all. Safe travels and if anyone is in Washington DC this weekend or next week, let me know.

Good night, box.

Amazing, a late job that actually finished "on time." Assuming the pager doesn't go off, I'm outtie in 4 min.

G'night all.

It only takes three rights to make a left.

I wondered something along these lines during the stretch a year or two ago when numerous Cleveland athletes were reported to have staph infections. I'm sitting here thinking to myself that the Cleveland Clinic is right there....maybe something could be done about this.
