My life has apparently turned to .

I've actually been looking forward to the conference call that just started. :o

ETA: I just got stealthed by a Hilton Lurker who saw my Diamond ranting.

See, he took the time to type the tilde, but not enough time to figure out how to spell klobasnek

:p

Czech and Kyrgyz - that's quite the assortment of languages you speak. :D

What sort of crazy world is this where IAH-PHL costs more than IAH-JAC.

If you don't mind flying DL (I know, I know...), they have IAH-EWR fares in the $180 a/i range.

G'morning, Box. Looking to be another day of  out there.

Yes it is.

I had a morning run to/from EWR to drop off sister #1, have been wildly cranking out comments since, and now I have to go to the department end-of-year party, 30 mins from here.

WHO schedules a party the afternoon before one of the three biggest deadlines of the year? I mean, maybe everyone else is really on top of their game and had their stuff finished days ago. Since with one exception, they're writing ~45 comments tops, not 110. And haven't also had to empty their entire office and classroom at the same time. And of course, this being a "work party," not going is not an option. Ugh, ugh, ugh.

I don't wish the BB freeze on anyone, but I am glad to know it's not just me. It's the only real issue I have with this device - ill-timed freezes, requiring said 5+ minute reset, can be, in a word, inconvenient.

WHY did I plan to leave town tomorrow?

I may be doing IAH-MEM-EWR-ATL-IAH (3 new lines and 1 new dot) just two weeks after leaving this area.

mine never had a freeze till the day before I left for China...when it said new OS is available (.651) I upgraded and it has rebooted at least twice a day since with JVM errors.
It even restarted while chatting in the BBOX this morning.

PHL is an expensive city to fly to. I have found that CLE-PHL fares can be double or triple CLE-BWI so I have in the past done the BWI thing and taken AMTRAK back to PHL. When the difference between airfares is $400 and the train costs $50 and takes 1.5 hours, you have to calculate the price vs the time and account for them.

It's a nice fare, but I can't make the timing work on the DL option. Back to waiting for a fare drop to PHL.

There's not much difference between IAH-BWI ($304+) and IAH-PHL ($318+). I'm keeping an eye on both.

Check AUS or SAT? Or VCT and CLL for that matter.
