Pro tip: Do this while sitting down. I did it standing up once after my ears didn't clear after flying with a head cold, and I got such bad vertigo that I literally just fell over at baggage claim. It resolved itself after 10 seconds, but I'm glad I didn't try that while doing something like operating a vehicle.

Only works for one side. I have to yawn to clear the other.

You have to continue blowing until the other side pops. Then you can stop. It might take all day.
