I got this email tonight and it was too good not to share: Doing this turned out to have an even better ROI than I thought, since she had to spell out "IN-TER-NET!!!!" :D Forwarded said email to my fiancee and she snorted. Epic win. Now the question is how long I can go without answering. |

After today I'm rather glad I forgot to buy the stamps a week ago that:p I needed to send the forms to transfer my stodgy IRAs to the stock market.

Just got back from dorm softball (two-week evening tournament - it's a spring tradition here - there's always a faculty team). Thank goodness the focus is DEFINITELY on fun and good laughs. YIKES am I terrible at sports involving flying spherical 's.
Someone should start a "Recreational Sports Bootcamp" for adults who are shamefully bad but still want to be able to participate socially. :o It's like when everyone says "running's better with a buddy" and I have to respond that "people who are as slow as I am...generally just don't run" :o

It seems I might have a lot of premier league teams in the area this July. Manchester United (Philly) , Manchester City & Tottenham (Harrison) and Chelsea (philly or chester)

It's a rather small H.S. and surviving inexperienced driving has been the hardest lesson here. So many needless deaths and I have personal experience with my kids as passengers/drivers in very scary accidents. It just makes me so:(:(:(

That was a really good article^.
When I learned to drive it was a stick shift, no power steering, brakes and a crappy am radio so I think you really did focus on the road and even though my car didn't have any safety features other than a really primative seatbelt I don't recall anyone ever being seriously hurt an an accident and back then the drinking age was 18! I can't even recall anyone actually totalling a car. I really think it's the dreaded cell phone and I've yet to see a kid get in a car and turn it off:mad: I learned to drive on about the same car as you (learning on stick is a very good thing because you do need total concentration from embarrasing yourself around your friends) and didn't have power steering until I was in college. I lost four teenage friends in one year in driving accidents (three alcohol related and one from lack of sleep); very sobering. |

Because I am a giant nerd and had nothing better to do, I made a local copy of that site and put a redirect in it. There's a readme in there that explains what to do as well. If you want it, you may obtain it here.

Interesting that Graham Atkinson, President of Mileage Plus, is among those offered a new retention compensation plan.

I know he did the police academy and the first aid/CPR training but that isn't the real thing. My middle daughter had major ER trips and my first choice of occupations would have been to be an ER RN so I was able to completely keep my cool and it was the same when I was a patient once. I just have an awful time when I know my kids are with people that could put them in situations where they are in jeopardy - won't even go with mom's intuition - legondary here :-:
