My gas and water company finally has automated phone pay by credit card! Got tired of putting the company on speakerphone for 20 minutes each month just to earn a few miles.

Are you talking about the one by the Tollway and Galleria? I stayed there once and thought it was pretty nice. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice although not that useful since I was in the room for about seven hours. The restaurant is branded by a fancy New York chef (I think Jean-Georges Vongerichten).
I suppose it's less expensive than the nearby Westin because it's relatively newly rebranded and it's a block away from the backside of the Galleria. |
