Forebear me if you will; I've been off the grid for a time, and there's about 25K pages of post since. Are you moving to better digs? Job change? Que?

Attention lobsters of Kittery, Maine.

Be afraid; be very afraid.

I am coming for you.

Does anyone have plans for Labor Day? I'm thinking of seeing how many of us would be interested in doing a party at the Round Rock Express here in AUS. The have party decks that are covered with fans and offer seating for 30 people, includes a buffet and a keg of beer before the game, hostess service during the game (for additional drinking, me thinks), and 15 parking passes. It would be about $37 per person, which ain't bad.

Thoughts?

I like the idea, but three day weekends are precious, as they allow more far-flung trips (Europe, Asia, S. America) without burning vacation days.

This is true; perhaps an earlier August date is better. And if we have fewer people, we could get the air conditioned suite, but the price goes up a bit and it does not include any catering.

August 21 might be ok to look into, as it is my birthday. :-:

Congratulations on your new purchase. Why buy now and spend more $ to move it?

Does the Kentucky Derby really warrant 3 hours of TV time?

Given the amount of money bet on it, probably.

I didn't focus on that aspect. Wow, and I am headed to Las Vegas tomorrow -- where is my head?

I'm not one to shy away from ridiculously hot/humid baseball DOs. CRP last year was great fun. :D

I didn't think curling warranted any air time. :D

I just stepped outside The Box and it's a good thing I'm not a moderator.

How many different CO/UA merger threads do we need?
