Got in 17 miles on the trail today and a 12:30 pm start time was not exactly what I had in mind. Local temp read outs were saying 96 when I left although I don't think it was quite that bad. I should not have done the down hill part first though.:(

The plates here in the JFK SEN lounge are way too small. I'm going to have a stack of 10 by the time the night is done if I want to actually eat enough.

ANd my promised upgrade opportunity didn't materialize, despite being told that it would and that the plane is wide open up front. I'll have to console myself with the unlimited legroom seat (33K) and ambien.

Keep them coming. Once you get off the airplane, you will need to start paying for them yourself. And not only are there no lounges at ONT, everything else will be closed up tight by the time that you get there.
