There is video from sometime in the 80s of Andy Van Slyke, the outfielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates, ingesting a moth as he is going for a fly ball during a game.

Or that the person sitting in paid (with points) FC is a US Chairmans Preferred and it might be worthwhile to show him the better side of their company since one day he might be deciding where to move his business.

Also another perfectly valid reason. You would think that cabin crews read the manifest and would go out of the way to put on a show for a high-status guest from another airline.

Maybe they were clairvoyant and knew that their airline did not go anywhere that I needed it to go like FLL, DCA, CVG., etc., etc. :rolleyes:

Great footage. Andy was from Utica and was covered by the local news quite a bit during the 80's in CNY.

Our version of the AA Sam Choy chicken was really good.

The indignant lawyers that were trying to take bags to their war room by themselves (that they obviously could not carry themselves) have no idea that I dinged their master account for $22. :D Had they not been so cranky to me, I might not have turned in the piece of paper that made me said $22.

I do believe it is time to retire for the evening.

Tomorrow I hope to build a workbench for the garage and clean up the stuff laying around in there a little bit. We'll see what happens.
