Has anyone else had problems in the last several weeks with the Plat Elite phone line dumping you into the regular line even after you manually enter your OnePass number? The last four or five times I have called, indicated that my itinerary is not for travel within the 50 states or Mexico, and entered my Plat number, I have been transferred to a non-elite, domestic agent. I know this because they told me each time that they would have to transfer me to an elite agent with the capability to manage international reservations.

I thought they did that when all the elite agents were busy.

I really want to reply to Brian's reply and say, "It's the urinal dedicated to those of us who don't fit in CO Y." But that's a bit much and I'd rather have fun with the social media folks at CO than earn their ire.

They might, but I've been calling at off hours and never have had that issue so consistently before.
