Same funding agency or different? With some, it's hard to take down the big one as an initial competitive award.

Apparently someone was randomly monitoring our call (as call centers do) at the right moment. The guy worked out the issue and then came running over to the desk of the agent I have been working with to tell him he could help! Talk about good timing... :)

Still doing lots of manual things and trying to get it ready for ticketing. It sounds like taxes will be pretty reasonable as well...

Different. Big one is more to get noticed in the future. We can easily do the work, just others have clearly a much better chance from my research.
