Apparently someone was randomly monitoring our call (as call centers do) at the right moment. The guy worked out the issue and then came running over to the desk of the agent I have been working with to tell him he could help! Talk about good timing... :)
Still doing lots of manual things and trying to get it ready for ticketing. It sounds like taxes will be pretty reasonable as well... |
