Destination is CPT. Stopover/open-jaw is SZG and VIE.

It took a long time to build the volume, only to find out I could not use it. My server was in east-c and the volume was in east-d. So when I went to attach the volume it told me " You have no instances to attach in this zone"

Then when I deleted the volume my browser crashed and I had to reboot everything.

Agent is working with the support desk to try and get it to go through. The only issue he sees is the SZG/VIE open jaw on the stopover - he says that's a no go, but I don't quite understand why that would be the case... He is trying to ticket it without the open jaw.
