SAV is too easy.

USEx / Piedmont has a First Officer from Ghana that does the bulk (over 50%) of his flying between CLT and HHH. He's super aggressive on the approach and the FA that is usually on this route (super nice gal) just knows to brace for impact, but that the plane will be fine. It's a fun route and it makes HHH feel all that more remote / unique when you feel like you've stormed the runway.

For a while HHH had the human equivalent of a burro. Their baggage claim consisted of a guy with a wagon (a little larger than a radio flyer) dragging the bags over to the "terminal."

I think they've since upgraded to a Tug.

G'day box. Working from home so I can sign for a couple UPS packages. :o

Plus HHH has the rocking chairs ;)

And the strangest baggage claim I've ever seen!

I was afraid of that.

SAV does too, you just have to know where to look.

I like the whole Barnie Fife meets Wings atmosphere of HHH. :-:

Buy something you know. It's more fun to have a stock that you know/enjoy the product/service etc. It doesn't mean you'll make any money on it though.

Yea Lucky me, Thanks for keeping score at home
1A-LAX\PTY, 14F-PTY\MEX

I'm all checked in on the Copa flight but CO says INP for my 5:55p IAH-LAX flight

Still haven't decided what to do in PTY-guess I should figure out something soon, as I'm on the flight tonight(3/5)
Since I'll be with a box group on a trip in a couple weeks and we're planning a car, I'm thinking of just grabbing a room at either the IC-Miramar($60+20K pts)or the Holiday Inn($60+5K), this trip
Anyone have a preference\knowledge on the location of these?

Morning Box-so much catching up. Darn meetings take tooooooo much time away from the box

While talking about small airports, GRK lost their bar!!!!!

I don't know that it was really a preplanned thing, as their airport annoucements still mention a bar.

TYR is in a sad state, they used to have a great terminal resturant in the old terminal that was smaller, and now there is a bar area there, but only vending machines.

CO did not either. Delta scored high simply because they did. CO has an extensive recycling program via chealsea.

There's now a little deli that holds somewhat regular hours. I wouldn't trust anything from there and generally bring my own from Harold's Diner.

Bad news :rolleyes:v and every other general member out there. A gentleman trying to board the SFO - EWR flight had his general member OnePass card out and tried showing it to the GA as he boarded through the elite line. The astute agent looked at him,'ed, and told him to move to the back of the line.

He told the agent that they hadn't mailed him his new credentials and she said "you're showing me a general member card with a SkyTeam logo, they mailed new elite cards in October. Plus, your boarding pass reflects only general member status. Please step aside sir."
