More tickets purchased. Just the non-stop on CO from MCO-EWR rather than the "fun" connection. I did inform my wife that such "fun" was possible and that I was taking pity on her and not doing it. Gotta get every little credit in that I can. ;)

Mah nishtanah ha-lahylah ha-zeh mi-kol ha-layloht?

Ironic, eh.

For those that don't get it, the above is a transliteration of part of the Passover Seder in which the question is asked, "Why is this night different from all other nights?"

G'night, Box.

Does UA authorize incidental spend the way CO does? CO used to be $50/day for elites up to 5 days at which point the bags were fully gone and you could claim replacement costs.

They did for me a couple of years ago when I had a bag misconnect RFD-DEN-SLC. I got a check in the mail for $30 for an overnight delay. That was with 1P status at the time.

However, as much interest as I may have in coming to the party, I have been to Texas twice in a three week period after having not been there for years and without having any business there where I could turn a dollar or two. Would a third visit be in the cards???? Nahhhhhh. Could not happen, could it?

Now that you know how much fun we have in TX, you need to have a business here to justify coming here more often ^

Good night, Box.

Spent the evening setting up my new netbook. I now have a Dell Mini 10v.

Running OS X Snow Leopard :D

And FYI, swapping out for a bigger RAM module on the 10v is a huge PITA. Basically had to tear it down to the chassis.

It is now, Thanks ^

We are staying at the Westin Princeville. Nice Place ^
We received an upgrade to a 1 Bedroom with a full kitchen close to the ocean and a nice little welcome basket.

sounds about perfect!

Our flight came into one of the now-vacated WN gates.

I know..... We had some liquids that needed to be checked.

Nothing wrong with checking, I have done so for alcohol and other things like knives when needed!!

I will demand a gazillion miles.

You know what annoyed me with UA BS? We waited for out bags to come off the carousel and obviously they did not. When I went to the UA BS office, they had my paperwork all filled out and waiting for me. Why didn’t they just call us first instead of making us wait 25 minutes?

Trustguy Mar 3, 2010 9:31 pm

baglady Mar 3, 2010 9:37 pm

I made a res last summer for our annual trip to HHH. Checked rates again today and was able to not only book lower, but get two of the nights free^
