CRAZY loud thunder and lightning in good ol' CLL this morning. I did work on the yard yesterday. I have 12 or 15 hard working Aggies coming to plant new plantings next weekend as well as weed the yard, Trim my trees, paint my trim, wash my windows and mulch my planting beds :). All for FREE! It's the big event, a service project that TAMU students do every year :)

My parents just a bit north of you having a lot of storms right now, power keeps going off.

You're in my neighborhood! What are you doing there? Going to visit the mall?

One interesting thing at last night's micro do in NYC in celebration of the coming of spring were the Giant Pretzels they were selling. The price tag meet the "big" too but it was an interesting novelty.

It has been a number of years since I lived in New York. Are pretzels bigger than your head a sign of spring, like the swallows coming back to San Juan Capistrano or the buzzards coming back to Hinkley?

National Guard conference, we're exhibiting. Unfortunately only one day so not likely any chance of shopping today.

In other news, you'd think with UA upgrading their website they can put some effort into removing the straggling past itineraries from everyone's account.

It's too bad you can't move a bit south. The fares look a lot better from DCA, IAH and BWI.

I looked at those options for that weekend and they wren't much better.

I had a script that would still allow me to hold itineraries online.

I'm guessing that fozz had a script that identified flights with NC/NF inventory available at the time of booking to facilitate upgrades. That changed a bit ago and getting the data from them has become much more difficult. I'm still working on trying to get it as well.

No, i haven't even gotten around to do the looking of NC/NF inventory.

One can hope that they attach valid ticket numbers to those dangling itins so that you can "change" em and reuse 'em.

Is that too much too ask?

Not really. Leaving Wilmington at 3pm, picking up Teh Mom at 5:30. I have a feeling there will be a late-afternoon Dunkin run. At least I start six days of 2:30pm start times tomorrow.

Thanks. Was actually thinking of sending you PM to give advance notice but got really busy with two proposals we were preparing.
