Hello Box and greetings from PTY with the fabulous Mrs. xyzzy and Pinky. All three of us were in F for the ride down so it's been ^ so far.

I'm using my phone on the full FT site with club wifi and loving it! Will check back in before we head to MEX.

Fresno!? Nobody goes to Fresno anymore ! :)

Later Box....time to meet the driver windwalker hooked us up with.

Lunch break from the yard clean up. Things around here are much worse than I had noticed. I'm also glad I didn't go with the low bid to remove the tree. I see the work the low bid did a couple of houses away and I had much more work done. I have a lot of lawn damage to deal with from the equipment but that's a lot better than a big stump sticking out of the ground.

It has been a number of years since I lived in New York. Are pretzels bigger than your head a sign of spring, like the swallows coming back to San Juan Capistrano or the buzzards coming back to Hinkley?

Those were the largest pretzels I've seen.

Not really. Leaving Wilmington at 3pm, picking up Teh Mom at 5:30. I have a feeling there will be a late-afternoon Dunkin run. At least I start six days of 2:30pm start times tomorrow.

Glad to hear you are getting more hours and better hours too.

No kidding and obviously the side line refs don't either.

To continue the saga of my husband and son's drive to Fresno, they arrived at midnight due to their need to go shopping at Target. First game was scheduled for 8:30am this morning.....no side line refs so game was postponed until 5pm. So now they have two games in the afternoon to play. Nothing like playing under the hot sun twice in one day.

Good thing I'm not there. I would have been hopping mad and demanded compensation. :D You don't mess around with soccer moms in California. ;)

I think I'm going to watch my first basketball game in quite a while. My alma mater, St. Mary's College is playing Villanova at 1pm ET today, trying to make to Sweet 16 of the NCAA tourney.

And they're playing tremendously well. They're winning by 10 with 4:30 to play in the first half. ^^

Go Saint Mary's-we have one of those here in Raleigh as well, but it's an all girls school

Go Gaels. Half time and they are beating the Number 2 seed. I just might need a beer after this game.

I did the 20 mile bike trip this morning. Obviously I aged over the winter. Storm damage is horrible around here so lots of dodging trees (and snakes). But did the snow lined route in a t-shirt so life is good!

Afternoon, Box. I'm in Springfield, IL today doing some volunteer work. High school students have taken over Illinois government for the day (and they're probably doing a better job than the real politicians).

He he -- a couple of weeks ago I held an itinerary by entering bad credit card data. I even got email from UA telling me of the hold. The fine folks at UA then managed to put the charge through anyway and issue the tickets  ... they were good about canceling, though.
