There is something to be said for maximizing one's education, but will finishing that degree bring him more in lifetime earnings than accepting the bonus check? At his age and with his numbers skewed as they are due to his occupation, I'm not sure.

In response to the cynic in ConciergeMike:

A. The degree would be done,
B. He gets to spend time with his kids,
C. If he became a motivational speaker, that story alone would probably pull in more than $250k ;)

Must get in your Vit D but you need calcium to absorb it. Low levels are linked with some stuff you don't want to get. Actually milk is really recommended if you don't have lactose intolerance.

Yes, I know about needing the calcium along w/the D -- however I do have some lactose intolerance!:(

Ahh, so that's what that form was. I received them from other schools and didn't know what they were.

Should have been entered into your tax return - they can cause huge changes in the numbers.

Me, too -- please?!

For my presentation in BOS (actually Cambridge, MA) - I am indeed booking an itinerary with four UA segments outbound and three UA segments back. Any more either destroys the fare breaks or gives me no time to spend with friends.

Noted. All further such forms will be.

Yes, I'm horribly cynical. But cynicism wasn't the motivator there.

It depends very much on the AGI.

Had the first outdoor happy hour of the season this evening. Quite nice. Now on to stir fry for dinner.

Even the FTE course would have counted. And I'm so happy to be going to OMA (sounds so wrong). I did get accepted to meet Douglass North and my institution is covering my out-of-pocket expenses (airfare, mileage, parking).
