Must get in your Vit D but you need calcium to absorb it. Low levels are linked with some stuff you don't want to get. Actually milk is really recommended if you don't have lactose intolerance.

Enriched Rice milk, has calcium and Vitamin D

And do you have a big chipper and a truck to haul it all a way?

I haz a chipper, but it won't handle that tree trunk! I think 6" or so is about as big as it will accept....

Ditto. Mine involved one-handed operation while the other hand was being used to hold on to the rest of the tree that I wasn't detaching the huge branch from.

For folks interested in the Box TripIt group, check out 2.0.

I really need to get with it and embrace this app once and for all.

Do what one of my neighbors did a few months ago. Chop it into 18" sections and put up a sign, "Free!" it was gone within two days. Also, some towns pick up brush & such -- or allow you to deposit it at a central facility.

Don't need chipper. Just need to cut into fireplace-sized chunks, and a log splitter. Your friends (and enemies!) will come out of the, ahem, woodwork, volunteering to haul it away for you. :D

With the amount of wood out there after this storm the supply is way higher than the demand.

Indeed. I cannot express enough just how great it is for trip planning and coordination, especially in situations like mine where multiple tickets, carriers, hotels, etc. are all in one itinerary. I've played with a few others but nothing comes close IMO, especially for free.
