I got into the SKL on a DCA-SFO run. You need to get on the AirTrain to go to the International Terminal to access the lounge.

http://boardingarea.com/blogs/thewan...2/IMG_0160.jpg YUCK! In the SFO SKL now but no ginger ale to mix with my rum. I'm resorting to white wine instead. On an empty stomach. Yummy! |

That photo is one reason why cabin crews should be issued small blowpipe dart guns.

As I see it, it's 2/3 of the mileage needed for a Cash+mi. redemption in C to S. America for ~$150. If I were you, I'd sign up Mr. Brit for BD and Wyndham, as well, and have him "stay" at 4 Wyndhamrewards properties before Feb. 28.
BD has another promo where you get a 20% bonus for purchasing miles outright, before Feb 28, as well as a sign-up bonus (IIRC). He could end up with the necessary 30K miles for very little $$$. |
Precisely why I don't fly AA |

ALCO - do we have to join on the UK website? When I go to the US website it doesn't show bmi as a partner, nor does it show the promotion. Do we have to use a UK address if we join on the UK site?
