Good morning to you.

What's on your agenda today? More fun swimming with the turtles?

Any suggestions for a dessert that goes with buffalo wings, and chips and salsa?

Fever is up to 100.7. :( I am a very pathetic houseguest indeed. Watching Arsenal getting smacked around by Chelsea, drinking diluted Gatorade, attempting to regulate the chills and sweating, and trying to get SOME work done...

Hope you feel better. It's too bad both teams couldn't lose. My opinions about Arsenal-Chelsea are similar to when the Steelers play the Ravens or the Yankees play the Red Sox ;)

I've got nothing else. Is that feigned enough for everyone?

Yes it would but that would be too much trouble to make.

OK, my DCA-EWR flight at 11 am tomorrow got canceled - currently rebooked on the 6:59 pm departure (second last flight of the day).

Well, good :mad::rolleyes::mad::rolleyes:, box.

Jetlink 2429 (IAH-MAF) finally cancelled for MX after several delays. This in turn forced the cancellation of Jetlink 2330 (MAF-IAH). This in turn is forcing me to misconnect to CO667 (IAH-SEA), and I'm now relegated to Jetlink 2560 and CO467 instead. At least they were able to immediately drop me into F... but now a 739ER (which may be good for the LiveTV) instead of the 753, and now getting into SEA at midnight instead of 7:30p. And now I will miss visiting my parents who will be departing on CO4 to LHR on schedule.

Thanks, ExpressJet TechOps. :(:mad::rolleyes:

Now I'm twiddling my thumbs at MAF until 16:20... and for three hours (18:00-21:00) in IAH once I get there. I'll be in the E club.

Check if anything is available on Amtrak and go for a refund on your ticket. There is one train on early weekday evenings that stops at PJC from WAS. Otherwise to Trenton and then NJ Transit.

DCA can rule your ticket over to Amtrak. That might be a way out of town before more flights get canceled. My former co-worker has told me that she doesn't think she will make it into work until Monday night or Tuesday morning depending on when her street gets plowed. There are some employees being housed in nearby hotels but I don't know how many or what the ticket counter is going to look like on Monday. Strongly suggest that you call reservations and get your ticket changed to Amtrak or see if reservations can re-route your phone call to the local DCA counter for further assistance. Good luck.

Oreos + batter (flour, eggs, vanilla, sugar, water) + hot oil = :-:
