BNA security was a mess this morning. You would have thought the entire state of TN was leaving town!!

I got to the aiport early and was offered to SDC to the earlier BNA-IAH-SFO flights. I asked for the earlier BNA-IAH flight and to be kept on the IAH-SFO flight as I wanted to keep my upgrade. That was a good move as it would have been a tight connection, I would have been in Y, and I would have no direct TV or power to SFO!!

Will spend the layover in IAH filling out the Global Entry information!!

Check out the promo thread in the BD Forum. It has a link to the Wyndhamrewards sign-up page. 5000 miles per stay at any of their properties (max 4 stays) before Feb 28. I'm finding some of their motels priced as low as $31/night!

As I see it, it's 2/3 of the mileage needed for a Cash+mi. redemption in C to S. America for ~$150. If I were you, I'd sign up Mr. Brit for BD and Wyndham, as well, and have him "stay" at 4 Wyndhamrewards properties before Feb. 28.

BD has another promo where you get a 20% bonus for purchasing miles outright, before Feb 28, as well as a sign-up bonus (IIRC). He could end up with the necessary 30K miles for very little $$$.

I've searched for a sign up bonus but I do not see one :(

There is no PATH route to EWR. Take the PATH to Newark Penn and NJ Transit to EWR.

PATH does not go to EWR. You must get off at NWK Penn and transfer to NJT to get to EWR.

I was going to do this on the way back from NRT
Stuck my head in the office at arrivals, asked agent what's required,
He said something about forms that need to be filled out.
Do you have the forms?
No you get them on-line
and then?
Make an appointment to come back here
So I could do this today?
NO, we don't do same day appointments
ahh want to make it easy on us?

I don't think PATH goes to EWR. I think you need to take a PATH train to Newark Penn Station and txfr to a NJ Transit train to get to EWR.

Dear Snow,

Kindly  off.

That is all.

Thanks. I knew it didn't go to EWR, but even putting in Newark Penn Station it spits out all NJ Transit routes with two subway transfers.

Right now my plan is to go IAH-LGA/EWR-IAH but I may just change it to all LGA.

If you can get to New York Penn Station, NJ Transit has direct train service to EWR.
