I just pulled my res for this weekend, which is a one-way H fare and it now says 0% EQM on the reservation page.
Looks like CO decided to go one step further then US. :D |
Using Safari 3.1.1 on a MacBook Pro shows 2 problems that have been bothering me for weeks:
1) When I go to CO.com and sign in, even if "remember me" box is checked, it will not remember me. This gets tough when searching for reward availability as I have to sign in to check flights, again to select flights and again to select passengers/seats and again to use credit card. 2) Whenever I go to CO.com and sign in, I get this "OnePass Account Update" page and no matter how many times I fill it out, I can't get it to go away, even when clicking "update later." |

While I am still getting this message, today my partner deposit details (Shoprite, Chase) showed up under "Non-Airline Activity" for the first time in a long while :) |
This may or may not have been addressed, but several times in the last few weeks, I've tried to pull up reservations directly from my main account page, and it sends me to the sign in page, but it won't let me actually sign in.
Sometimes, it has worked to pull the reservation via looking at all reservations, and then picking the specific one. However, today the only thing that would work was a manual log out and then logging in again. Is this because I'm alternating access to the account from different computers or is it a flaw in the system? |
This has been happening at least the past month, if not longer. (for my searches)
When doing a search using the Find Lower Fare +/- 3 days option, the search will provide a lower priced flight on a different day. If you click it brings you to the spreadsheet type deal and from there you can pick the date that suits your needs. Upon clicking said lowest price, it is not that price that you just clicked on, but a much higher price that is about the same as the first. |
Suggestion:
Make clear on the award ticket calender that a Saturday night stay is required for SaverPass rates. I've had two people ask me recently if I could see better availability than them (they're non-elite)... both were looking at trips without a Sat. night stay. The calender shows all the pretty colors, but quite properly, only EasyPass flight options are displayed. |

I can not log into to CO auction site. Keep asking me sign in even I enter my usernames and password many times.

Unable to Separate TRavelers
The Separate Travelers option doesn't appear on every reservation. This can be handled by a phone call but that shouldn't be necessary.

Bought a ticket tonight; put it payment - it showed everything okay - then I waited (got the itinerary email but the confirmation email showing all info) so went into my record and it showed it wasn't ticketed and I needed to complete the booking - I've had this happen three times in the past few weeks. I then waited almost two hours to get the final eticket confirmation. Must have been a long queue today!

Weird one. I went to pull up the seat map for my EWR-DUB trip next week. Up came a blank seat map with the three tabs (outbound, return and pending upgrade) as normal.
But, i wasn't seeing any seats and when looking at the left, it listed the flight as IAH-AUS. I haven't been able to recreate it yet, but wanted to at least report it. |
Cannot View Itinerary
Any attempt to view an itinerery, change seats or change flights goes to a screen with the following message:
"We were unable to review the latest information for this itinerary." The only option is a 'Back' button. |

I have an upcoming trip to DUB on Tuesday and I got my Tripnotes a few days ago. Weird thing, I got two of them. The first had me listed in Economy (GN), even though I bought H fares and I'm already upgraded for the return. The second one was correct where the outbound was listed as H and the return as F.

I seem to be unable to make reservations online - been having this problem for the last month or so - I am signed into my onepass account at the time. I get as far as the "Traveller Information" page, but any time I press the "Continue" or "Seat Selector" page I get returned immediately to "Traveller Information" with the message "We could not process your request. Please see the message below and make revisions." in red - but there is no message below and nothing I do seems to allow me to continue past this page.....can anyone help......
