I just logged into my account, and found I have ZEROS across the board. I am now non-elite.:confused: Zero mileage balance, zero EQMs.

When searching the timetable, this comes up:
"Error Continental.com could not find any available seats meeting your requirements. You may modify your search criteria, or call 1-800-300-1547 for assistance." This seems to be occuring more frequently than before. |
Hello CO,
I have a flight segment waitlisted for 6/11. I am flying HKG-EWR-IAH on miles, and although I am in BF on the HKG-EWR segment, I am in Y for the EWR-IAH segment. I am waitlisted for CO311 for FC, but confirmed in Y for CO 88. Looks like I'm going to have to take the later flight :(, but when I go into my rez and change seats for the waitlisted segment, it unassigns my seats from the "confirmed" ones. Then, I sign out, sign back in, and they "confirmed" segments are back up, but the waitlisted segments aren't even listed in the seat assignment screen. Just an FYI. Thanks! |
No Current Reservations
co.com is not showing any current flight reservations for a logged in user.
None on the Manage Reservations or My Account. Web site is also very slow and non-responsive. |

Try booking a new reservation... It's all messed up.

It looks like a flubbed upgrade - since during one of my attempted bookings, it tried to open a drop-down box with alternate/nearby airports to choose from. I can't imagine how CO IT thought it would be OK to push out a code change in the middle of the day, but for all practical purposes, the site is down and CO is not getting revenue from bookings on it. I'd consider that a highly critical situation. |

CO.com booking engine is still down. Has been down since 7am EDT, 6/10/08, when I checked.
The site is back up. 9:15am EDT, 6/10/08. |
