Existing PNR is showing incorrect flight times.
eg: 1792 (1750 flight ewr-mco) on 2/25 shows 11:40PM departure. Rest are also wrong. Will pm pnr to Scott. |
There are still Elite Access issues with Flying Blue members.
If I choose Flying Blue as my frequent flyer program and insert my membership nummer it does not recognize my number as Elite and therefore I do not get any Elite Access benefits or seat selection. If I change it to Flying Dutchman-KLM (a program that has not existed for more than two years now) it recognizes my Elite status. I receive my miles on time. This has been the case for more than a year. Any ideas or updates to fix this issue? |

Canceling Itinerary
Had an upcoming flight tomorrow that I've already checked in for. Something last minute came up and I needed to cancel the itinerary. Went online, pulled up the itinerary and clicked on cancel. Went to the confirmation screen asking if I wanted to cancel. Clicked on cancel and then it went to the blue splash screen but then showed the cancel confirmation screen again. I clicked on cancel again and it went to blue splash screen and once again went back to the cancel confirmation screen. So it never gave me a confirmation that the itinerary was indeed canceled. Called CSR and they confirmed that the itinerary was "already canceled." |
Can`t Change Seat
System gives me 18D ANC-EWR. I want a window. When I change it keeps throwing me back to 18D :mad:
It doesn`t seem to have a problem with connecting EWR-LHR though. |
I am still having trouble getting some of my reservations to accept names in the accoutn summary view. I ahve a paid trip that won't take, as well as a reward trip for May that won't take either. Come to think of it, I have never gotten a reward rez to take a name.

Partly flown PNR - missing from, "manage reservations."
Is present on home page... so in other words, "see all" works, "see more" does not. Scott: I'll pm you the PNR. |
I've been trying to have a Flight Status Notification sent to my phone and e-mail. I keep getting:
! We could not process your request. Please see the message below and make revisions. Request can not be processed Also, no matter how many times I reset my settings, my EUA notice always goes to my e-mail and not my phone. Very frustrating. |

Works for me - are you entering the email address of your phone? The # won't work, they don't do sms directly.
Actualy at: Home > My Account > Profile > Phone Settings > Saved Phone Numbers > Edit Phone Number you can set trip alert to SMS text your phone. Unfortunantly, however, I can't seem to figure out how to get it to text me without also having it give me an automated voice call. |

My theory (co needs to verify): Some carriers - VZ, for example, enable verification by default. Others (TMO, for example) don't support the feature. I'm guessing... just a guess mind you... that this is the issue. Note: in previous versions (when it worked for me), they sent emails to the phone - as in <#>@<wireless service provider> - eg. ##########@tmomail.net. As I understand the history of this (old, old FT discussion), at times too many messages were sent from CO to specific providers. The providers dropped the emails as spam. A direct SMS gateway is clearly better, but this one might not have been totally thought out. |
Reservations not sorting by date on Manage Reservations page
With the latest revision, the new Trip Plan feature seems to be throwing off the sorting of itineraries on the Manage Reservations page. I combined a car reservation and flight reservation today using the new Trip Plan feature. It's for a trip starting March 10, 2008, yet it's now showing up at the top of my Manage Reservations page, above flight reservations for trips starting on February 29 and March 3.

For those with problems with an SMS from TripAlert, are you getting any sort of message on your phone? For some reason I'm getting MMS messages, not SMS messages.
