Booked an award ticket on Continental with Northwest miles (through northwest) but can't select exit row seating on continental.com.

I am Northwest Platinum elite, my Northwest number is in the record, but it's not recognizing the status.

Annual membership is available for only $25.00 (subject to change). With the $5 you get back every time you purchase a ticket at continental.com, you can earn that money back in just two trips."

$10 was the old fee, I believe. When you guys increased the fee to $25, you didn't adjust the following math appropriately.

Hmmm... I renewed over Thanksgiving weekend and was surprised when the confirmation page stated $10 instead of $25. My CC statement, however, verifies that $25 was indeed charged.

Transferring Points

A friend of mine tried to transfer some Continental One Pass points last night to another Guest Rewards program and was on the phone with a bunch of different people for 30 minutes only to find out that the call center was closed. The card is a Chase Continental One Pass credit card. The number on her statement was not the number you need to call but another number. What number does she call to transfer One Pass points? Thanks!

EUA isn't 'working for flight 1877 on Dec 9... there is upgrade inventory on that flight.

cova Dec 5, 2007 7:09 pm

EUA did not run on Dec 5th for flight 726 on Dec 10th. There was F bucket availability both immediately before and after EUA time. No one has been EUA'ed on for flight 726 for Dec 10, 2007.

EUA did run on Dec 5th for flight 658 on Dec 10th. This flight is later in the day.

EUA's are being sent to my regular email, eventhough my profile has EUA set to send EUA as text message to my cell phone.

Also, all of my email subscriptions were "unsubscribed" eventhough I never changed the subscriptions. Appears there is a new presentation screen for emails.

Attaching ETC to a CO.com account, plus other question

I'm sure this has been answered before, but since the forum's search does not allow for searches of words less than 4 letters, it's really hard to search for acronyms.

I have two ETCs: one on paper and one on email, which means I'll probably lose both of them... and one is personal and one is for one client for whom I only travel ~quarterly which means I'm not sure when I'll use them.

Is there a way to attach them to my CO.com account prospectively so that when I'm booking an applicable ticket I can just click on the proper ETC, or do I have to just keep them safe until I'm booking the flight on which I wish to use them? Nevermind on this question... just found it... "Promotional Certificates" under "Deals and Offers"

Also, one (paper) is due to expire... anybody have any luck getting them extended?

One last question that is totally OT for this thread: If I use an ETC to pay for travel, do I still get EQM/EQP? i.e. could I use the personal one if I need a mileage run (I'm currently sitting 4 points short and my trip next week got cancelled).

Print receipt then cannot login

Logged into CO.com.
Checked in for tomorrows flight and after I printed my BPs, I clicked print receipt. At the next screen it Thanked me for Checking In at CO.com and presented me with two buttons (print receipt and reprint BPs). I clicked the "My Account" link in the upper right corner to return to My Account. It gave me the account login screen but even with the correct login it resends you back to that same screen.

I tried both netscape 7.2 and IE 6 using WIN2K.

Cheers,
Eric

I'm currently in the midst of an itineray that started last week for EWR-NRT-GUM-NRT-EWR. I had a stopover in NRT and am now in Guam and i'm flying back on Saturday. The itinerary no longer shows up as an active itin. I can pull it up by PNR but when I save it, it never does and stays in the 'Past' category.

I've seen this happen before a fair amount after i make my initial flight even though there is an active return in the future.

Also, with Firefox, when trying to do an advanced search and specifying a fare class. If I click back to 'lowest fare' but leave the fare class in, it complains. If I check 'lowest fare' it should ignore the fare class box, but it doesn't.

Logged into my account and got someone else's account yesterday - a UK Plat. I logged out and logged back in and it was my own again... Scary!

When emailing my itinerary to myself or someone else from the "View Current Reservation" screen for a reservation, instead of the itinerary the message "We're sorry, but continental.com was unable to complete your request due to a technical problem." is displayed in the email.

Cannot apply ONEPASS discount code for specific fare class

If I am making a reservation by fare class, the results do not reflect the 5% discount...

Citi Premier 20,000 Bonus Points

Not sure if this is where I should ask this question, but does the 20,000 bonus points being offered by Citi Premier transfer to CO? If they do, would it be 1:1 ratio? Thanks!

OP number dropped when booking on CO.com

Last night I booked a MR trip on CO.com while logged in to my account. The trip I booked is Y-class AUS-IAH-AUS and the Y-up logo was showing with the two legs I booked. As I completed the itin, though, I was never offered a chance to upgrade and the seats I was assigned were in Y.

Once the ticketing finalized I called the Elite desk and asked about upgrading and was told that there were no upgrades available. Today I called again (and didn't have my PNR# with me) and found out that my OP # was not on my itin. The agent added the OP# and I upgraded immediately on both flights.

I can't recall the CO.com ticketing system dropping my OP# before. I know I was logged in because I didn't have to enter any pax or billing info.

Tripalert issue (flt cancellation)

Not sure if it's co.com or something else...

Last night, my wife received a tripalert that her flight this AM (ewr-mdw) was canceled. She called, rebooked to ORD... everything was good. At around 12:15AM we were awakened by her Cell... it was an automated message from continental telling her that her flight (no ID as to what flight) was canceled or delayed. We assumed it was ewr-ord, but no, it was a badly delayed notification about the original ewr-mdw flight.
