It is not visible when displaying Past Reservations.

I cannot find out how to view canceled reservations without me knowing the confo#, I thought there used to be a tab in manage reservations (current, past, canceled) for that? Am I wrong?
If there is a way to view them all at once point me in the right direction please.

Thanks,

Argggghhhhh. So stupid :mad::mad::mad:

The performance isn't nearly as bad as it was the first time around, but still an inconsistent performance issue and poorly tested across multiple platforms.

I totally agree as I deal with that same frustration daily on co.com.

I've seen a number of problems with reservations falling out. One is a reward reservation that I've never been able to add to my account (made over the phone). The second one is a reservation that i'm in the midst of. I took a flight yesterday and my last leg is on Friday, but it fell out of active into 'Past Reservations'. With both of these, when I bring them up based on PNR, it won't let me add them and gives me an error.

An annoyance

Still pretty new to CO, but this drives me nuts. I have the Chase Mastercard so get a 5% discount for a year. One has to enter "onepass" into the offer code box to get the discount. So I go to flight search, fill out where I want to go, when, etc., then put in "onepass."

I then get this message:
"! We could not process your request. Please see the message below and make revisions."

And this one:
"! You must be a OnePass member to redeem the Chase 5% Off.
Please sign in now to continue redeeming this offer."

I click on the sign in, log in and get back to the flight search screen, now completely blank. Why oh why can it not remember where I want to go or when?

I am having the same problem with a reward reservation made a month ago; I am still unable to save it to my account... Grrrrrrr, makes it very hard to access, having to look up the conf number in email each time I need to see it, especially when on the road!

So a little bit of an update on my PNRs. When I went to check in for my flight back to EWR from MCO on Friday, I couldn't check in online or at the kiosk. After talking to the agent, it turns out that EUA never sync'ed my record, so she had to manually do it.

On Saturday, trying to fly from EWR to SJC, again I wasn't able to check in online or at the kiosks. The agent didn't say if the record was sync'ed or not, so i'm unclear.

Has anyone else seen issues with EUA not syncing your PNR?

Trying to get more flight options

I'm trying to book CLE-SEA-CLE the week between Christmas & New Year's. The only option continental.com gives me is the one nonstop flight in each direction. Why can't I book connections via EWR/IAH or codeshares on NW via DTW or MSP? Of course, if I call CO directly or use another website to book, I run the chance of 50% EQM as well as booking fees. Any suggestions?

PS...Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere in this 18-page thread.

On outbound - I am put in 7C - no matter what I chose for a seat. Bizarre.

Trip Alert Issues

Had trip alert "active" for a two segment flight yersterday. Did not get notified before the flight or when there was a one-hour delay, then two-hour delay:mad:

Couldn't cancel an award reservation - had to call - they couldn't see why I couldn't.

Tried changing mr. baglady's flight for Sat a.m. - there's availability but when I go for the change - it is bringing up award seats (and none available - but this isn't an award ticket).

Can't seem to rename rez's on co.com right now.

Same problem...Just made 2 reservations....Can't change the outbound seat

Was able to change both to exit row the next morning. I haven't tried to make another reservation though.

Same problem here. This has been going on for a couple days now. Very annoying.

Something is wrong tonight...

No account info or existing reservations when I log in, and can't get at the info.

theblakefish Aug 20, 2007 7:58 pm

I'm not sure what happened, but I have 2 itinereries saved that will not allow me to choose seats. Yes, I can get into the rez and choose seats, but they do not save. When I call co.com, they say that the correct seats are there but they still are not displayed properly. Also, one of the itin's cannot be renamed.
