As per mersk862 and jjgollum, (edit BOS TSA Elite Screening)
With the BOS terminal, the elite line can be lengthy at times, since besides the CO EliteAccess customers, DL also allows Gold/Platinum Medallions (which there are a good amount of at BOS), Crown Room members and Delta Shuttle customers to use the First Class line - in the mornings it can back up a decent bit. |
From the 752 thread---the FAQ is slightly out of date on some of the more recent refits.
Here are some more tail #s to add for 752s with AVOD. 135, 139, and 132. 133 is or was recently getting the refit. http://flyertalk.com/forum/showthrea...741075&page=10 |

You can delete Maui (OGG) from the "Revup BusinessFirst upgrades to Hawaii" thread as CO no longer serves that city.

A couple of additions to the Rev-Up page that I recently discovered first-hand.
The Rev-up can be confirmed, for elites, starting 24 hours prior to your FIRST segment on the itinerary. I.e., if you are connecting via EWR, IAH or HNL you will have an advantage in snagging the upgrade. Rev-ups do NOT show as upgrades on the PDA website. One question I have that was not resolved by this first-hand experience: Will the Rev-up fee allow an upgrade of the domestic connecting flight, subject to availability (in Z class)? In this case, the passengers (both Silvers) cleared EUA at about 24 1/2 hrs before departure on the connecting flight into IAH, so it was a moot point for this trip. |
Some observations, as I had been meaning to come back here and throw in some help:
The links for further explanation in Post #1 for EasyPass, IDB, Rule 240 and Standard Reward are not there...don't know if they weren't written, etc. Willing to help where I can. There's a glossary entry for MX, but not WX. Maybe it's past (or before, come to think of it) the time of it being useful, but I thought maybe a *A happenings post might be something I could help out with. Inspired by a thread in the forum, I also noticed that there is no entry for dealing with original routing credit. My $.02, J and company. |
I'm bored:
Posts 6 and 7: OPSC is OSPC. Post 17: at the bottom, transcon EUA's can now be blamed on something other than Song/DL. Post 20: "Inclusive" in the 738 line misspelled. Also, has anything been updated w/r/t the new BF seat? |
re: Inflight Entertainment Systems on CO aircraft
737-500: (no IFE) 20 will be removed from the fleet in 2008-09 737-300: only 11/42 have overhead CRT monitors and all of these older aircraft will be gone by 2009. Live TV is coming to the NG 737-700/800/900s, not the ancient -500. |

EUA and F class inventory
F fare class is no longer published so the FAQ should be updated to reflect next best ways to determine EUA likelihood.
|
I made a bunch of updates this morning, including the typos that CM pointed out and the F bucket stuff. I also updated the 772s w/AVOD listing.

In the section about PC admission it states for a Priority Pass card, "You must be flying with Continental and not a partner airline however." This isn't true. The benefit of Priority Pass is the ability to use any lounge in the Priority Pass program, irrelevant of what airline you are flying.
