That's horrible. Is TN a no-fault state? Not that excuses what she didn't do but in my state your own company pays you up-front and fights it out with the other company.

The coastal flat area was spared, but the hills above Malibu got a dusting. LAX traffic was reversed today (landing from the water side and takeoffs to the east).

I think I will be dropping my SPG Amex this year. Without work travel(what little of it there was), it doesn't pay for me to pay for the card. I have to figure out if I will use the points or transfer them to UA/CO before they expire.

One of the good things this state does right.
I got t-boned by a guy in college who provided myself and the responding PO with a forged insurance document. He ended-up in jail for 30 days or so for that little stunt (and because he couldn't bail out) and my insurance company handled everything.

NY news was just showing teh 5 a bit north of LA all covered in white
