extra leg space would make the difference for me and my husband buying a ticket or not flying since we are so uncomfortable in the cramped economy

If you're 6'1"+ tall, those extra inches mean ALOT.

Steerage to Asia on the CO 777 pain wagon is not right.... that extra 1" on the 767's make all the difference in CO Y travel. BUT those 767's are getting sub'd with the 752 @ 31" on the euro routes I like. :(

E+ with just the added legroom would be a great feature!

Who doesn't want a few extra inches???? :D

I am hearing the exact opposite from a fairly high CO employee. They have no intention on introducing E+.

Too easy. I offer up this link as a little added value humor. Humor + if you will.

Sat beside a certain "someone" on my p.s. transcon flight this evening

This fact makes the rumor way less credible: if the "certain someone" is a UA employee with real insight into CO's marketing plans, and felt comfortable enough gossiping with random strangers about upcoming product launches, there'd be more credible rumors than this.

If the "certain someone" is a CO employee, why aren't they in F on a CO transcon? Not like CO doesn't offer the same non-stop transcon service (not the same product) from EWR. Just sayin'

Start a new thread saying what???? I have no proof its true one way or the other. Starting a new thread would be as irresponsible as starting this one.

Even if they knew they would have to deny it or non answer it. It is something that corporate would be responsible for announcing, and not leaked out otherwise.

Right....becuase your friends after a few cocktails NEVER tell you things they aren't supposed to tell you. ;)

Well with recent events it would be highly unlike even a personal totally sloshed from cocktails would be stupid enough to spill the beans.

That's what she said.

I too won't believe this is coming until CO announces it. One reason I would think that they would potentially do this is the added weight of the new in-flight system. If you take into account the weight of the system and the lack of revenue, I would think it would be cost effective to remove the seats and safe a little fuel. Don't know if it would make enough difference but it could be a good reason to do it!
