Honestly, having more than one attendee list is going to cause confusion. Not to mention, yours is going to be lost in the middle of the thread as more posts are made. Alan said he will update the list soon. Give him some time. It is HIS party afterall.

I understand that, but I personally wanted to verify something which caused me to put the list together for myself. Since I had already done, I thought that I would post and that maybe Alan could cut and paste into his list.

hotel and other stuff
 

Has there been an update whereby we can now book the hotel and pay for the group meals and such? I saw a post a few months ago that said a website was going up with that stuff, but haven't seen a link to it and don't want to miss out.

:-: Alan, I am thrilled to make the first post. I will advise when I have my air confirmed.

We have a small technical snag - they can't get the hotel reservations part to work. They've offered a workaround that I'm not happy with so they're still working on it. If they don't get it figured out in the next week we'll use their workaround and be done with it. (It's more of an aesthetic problem but my OCD just won't let it be).

Thanks for the update, alanw; and thanks for all the hard work you have, and continue to, put into this.

Don't desperate. Hotel rooms are blocked for us taht weekend, so there's no way someone can miss that deal!

Good gosh, if each and every person attending this Doo were to drop 250 Euros in Andorra, we could wipe out the debt of at least one small European country. Me thinks all the shops need to put those little signs up in the windows that you see in your city during large conventions welcoming BOO DOO attendees and giving them 10% discounts. ;)

I was able to use the link in your first post and booked a Jr. Suite at the Andorra Park Hotel for 120 Euros. Once the technical snag is worked out, should I cancel the reservation and rebook as part of the BOO DOO group?

Up to you, whatever looks like the best rate. They seem to be feeling the same pain as all hotels these days. We're going to see if we can improve on the rate we negotiated, but if not it will make things much easier for me if everyone just books through them.
