So looks like I'll be with the party gang the whole ride to BCN. You're stuck with missydarlin.

There's going to be some serious pre-flight drinking going on is someone's lounge!

yeap, plus Duty free booze and more serious inflight drinking! :D

Terraces
Location details: Terminal 7, airside, above departures level
Opening hours: Daily 08:00-22:00
Notes: Available 7 hours prior to QF departures

First Lounge
Location details: Terminal 7
Opening hours: Daily 08:00-22:00
Notes: Access to First Lounge is restricted to Emerald members or those traveling in First Class

I might be ExPlat by November, if not I can just guest someone into the Terraces. But since this is a Iberia flight, British might claim the lounge is "full" to avoid having non-BA passengers. That's what they did to me and a friend in Boston. :td:

Did you guys get your seat reservations? I got an aisle seat in row 11 :D^

I've got an aisle in 12 - J to be exact. Surely you won't order the last of the alcohol from the cart before offering some to your seatmates behind, correct? :)

10C on the MAD-BCN hop

If anyone wants to pitch in a few euros for a bottle of Whiskey, or we can just raid the lounge for booze :D

I hope you realise that "booze" is very very cheap here in our supermarkets.. you can get a litre of wine for 0.30 Euro. Enjoy.

I was thinking about the booze for the flight ;)

España sure has some cheap booze :D i barely have any memories left after a few bottles of 3.85 Euro vodka and I think it was called "Conquistador' rum... good times, good times at Kabul Hostel in BCN :D

Everyone we've been busy getting the website ready for launch and we're nearly ready after a couple of snags.

I'll go through and update the attendees list shortly. In the meantime, if you've sent me a PM and not signed up here, please post to the thread.

Have you realized that in Andorra the "booze" is usually half price of Spain? the duty free thing and the garrafón they sell in supermarkets help a lot on that aspect...but now just the idea of garrafón Jack's gives me the shrives

the good thing is that the party flight back is a non-stop to JFK, so my luggage will just be a couple of bottles of whiskey :D

Thanks for being so friendly in Dublin when we met. :) I think I might be closer to convincing my friend to start MR. Sorry we couldn't stay for the second pub- we just made the bus as it was back to Clontarf. I'm going BOS-MAD-BCN so we might be on the MAD-BCN segment together. Maybe if we meetup at BCN at the same time you can guest me into the lounge there if you are EXP. :D^^^
