This really is shaping up quite nicely.^

Last year it started snowing in early november...in 2007 and 2006 there was no snow whatsoever during the whole winter, and in 2005 it snowed late november...so, anything can happen. But if you are expecting ski stations open around that date, it'll only happen if it starts snowing at early (maybe mid) october so they have enough time to import all the argentinians they need to run the stations :D

Do they bring empanadas and Malbec with them? :p

Thanks. I wasn't really concerned with skiing - just wondering whether or not to bring my woolly undies! Still, I guess it can get pretty chilly at night, or if one should decide to go hiking upwards!
