So I am only hearing about these DFW DO's now :( I won't be in DFW for another few months, after I switch back from CO, but I am looking forward to joining in.

Hey - all it's empedocles' wife - I took techgirl's advice and registered as handless1 - if Pam will register as handleless2, I think our gang will be complete. Actually, I just wanted to express my sadness that my favorite flyer talker, the brilliant and witty, bpauker, was no where to be seen this evening (my husband refused to post this). Regardless of Kevin's absence, we had a fabulous time! Thanks, swag, for organizing the outing!

Thank you for the kind, though perhaps wantonly mis-applied, words, Handless1. Unfortunately, I had a preexisting engagement at a wine tasting yesterday. It's just as well, though, since my arteries are still recovering from Ponder in June. The chicken fried steak looked great in [b]swag's[b/] picture. Was it as tasty as it looked?

What's on the agenda for next month?

I'm surprised you didn't catch the sarcasm, Kevin!;) I think you just don't want your SO to meet us. You'll have to consult empedocles, dmfriedman, or swag about the chicken fried steak - I had chicken tenders. No clue about next month. Any ideas?

I'll throw an option out there... Would anyone be up for dinner at Fogo de Chao on Saturday, March 3? Or perhaps the Thursday before (March 1)?

We're in for the 3rd. Can't do the 1st as I have class.
