Some RSLs require to see ID so best to bring wallet/ID so weird when almost everything you need is on the phone.

Agreed!! The events, Kuranda Train & SkyRail Tour, trip to Green Island, the meals together and quiet moments have made for a very memorable time. Thank You again to all of the organizers!!!

Yes, thank you to all the organisers. It was great to catch up with all again, even though it is only my second Ozfest. Great to spend a weekend away in the warmer climate, sorry I couldn't spend more time on Sunday and join in Green Island trip. Thanks to everyone for their hospitality. Thanks to Itsalongwaydown and serfty in organizing the weekend, even the rain that is still hanging around that is traditionally the start of the dry season didn't put a damper on the weekend.
Really great weekend, some would agree reminded me of an Ozfest of old, JohnSydney2000 gave us an afterparty quiz and was handing out TimTams I grabbed a packet, did anyone check the sugar content.
that won't stop me from having 1, I know a few of us are watching what we eat.
Good crowd so many Old friends but also some newcomers as well, I hope they enjoyed the weekend as much as I did. Also flying up and back in business class made it so much more enjoyable especially flying back last night instead of a o'dark thirty wake up call that occurred 15 years ago.
Got to have a chat to everyone amazing some of you I have known for 21 years. I will see some of you in Brisbane in a few months, or Adelaide next year or another random airport lounge in the world, safe flying and when flying keep that seat belt on.
