Ouch!! My sister fell up the stairs with her hands in her pockets. The bruises were not a pretty sight.

That's nothing. I fell up stairs and pulled my stomach (muscle that is). Hurt like hell & presented like appendicites (sp?).

UPDATE!!! I need to drop one of my Humiliation revealations...

I now own a TUX, that I got a complete package for $100 in Toronto recently!

SO now I can look good if I host another event... The black tux will go with the cool Hawaiian Cat pattern shirt I have

But I still do not have a Driver's License so I will still have to be Driven Like "Driving Miss Daisy! "

I only signed up for frequent flyer programs in 1996, over 3 years after I had started to fly frequently...

Thought of another one as I was flying yesterday SFO-SYD and many people in our little upstairs sections had their faces illuminated all night:

I've never owned a laptop computer.
I've never used a laptop computer.
I have never in my life touched a laptop computer.

That might not be unusual for an artist, but I'm a banker and I think most of my colleagues have used laptops.

Never paid for a haircut since discovering Virgin's free haircuts in their LHR lounge

Never used a shampoo that didn't originate in a hotel (except maybe when overnighting at a friend's place and using THEIRS) in 15 years (My other half waits til I'm travelling and swears he tosses out hundreds-of my thousands- of little bottles of "stuff'

Flew for 5 years before joining the MHC, but did lose my virginity on the Moscow-Leningrad overnite express train

Traded goodies I brought onboard (pepperoni, home-baked rolls) for FC meal with a FA

Accumulated a dresser-drawer full of VA sweat suits

Never read Troilus and Cressida

Snuck 12 friends into Ritz Carlton concierge lounge

Finally, as a shrink, from reading this list, realize how truly, truly crazy we FTers are!

I never open the seatbelt when flying.

Even when the sign comes off.. I open it when I get up to the bathroom or so of course, but besides this.. I truly believe that when that several hundred ton heavy plane hits the ground at 800 kms per hour..that seatbelt might safe me, LOL.

Never being in FC or in a RCC counts for me too...
Never been really in Chicago, Denver or NYC but changed planes there a couple of times and spend hours and hours at these airports.
I also didnt apply to Deltas program despite flying MUC-DEN with them once (hey, still makes 10k miles!)
and most of all I did not get the Muc-den flight the year afterwards credited to my already existing Lufthansa M&M account!

Never purchased a first class ticket, but never flown in Coach on non-commuter flights in North America. (Have flown Coach on International routes though)

Joined AAdvantage on August 22nd, 1991, didn't earn any miles for flights until 1996.

Never eaten seafood when in a seafood restaurant.

Number of times been to a city in Europe: 2.

Number of times been to an airport in Europe: 9 (soon to be 11).

Number of times asked for secondary photo ID (besides a passport): 2.

Number of times been to LA: 1

Number of times been to LAX: 3.

Number of times visited a country just to transit in their wonderful airports: 17.

Times flown in C: 0.

Times flow in F: 0.

To fly MEL-TLV, with most direct routing would be 1 stop, 8868 miles, I flew with 7 stops 14985 miles.

I have never not had my own way.

I have never flown United and thought how young and fresh the crew were.

I have never watched the Sound of Music, Grease, or the Great Escape.

I have never paid for a headset in Economy

I have never allowed passengers to read newspapers whilst I am doing a safety demo.

I have never been spat at without retaliating

I have never been afraid to use a Boys Bathroom if there was a line to the Ladies.

I have never been ticketed for speeding in the USA (a british accent works wonders).

I have never kicked an animal or a child.

I have never not attempted to kick anyone that I saw doing such a thing.

I have never bought or owned a Bruce Springstein record.

I have never belonged to the BA Executive Club.

I have never stopped loving Brian Ferry.

I have never flinched at parking in places that other people regard as their own.

I have never allowed my Husband to tuck his shirt into his underpants.

I have never stood up at anyone's wedding and shouted "It should have been ME!".

I have never ever shared any of our male cabin crew's make-up even though it is ever so much dearer than mine.

I have never told anyone that they look like a Gargoyle in Drag, even though the person who interviewed me at Air France years ago looked like she'd climbed off Notre Dame cathedral.

I have never stopped enjoying being with all of you.

BUT before this thread get closed and shunted off to the Siberian Gulag of Omni, my total shame is that.

I watch The Jerry Springer Show.

(I see all that new found respect just evaporating before my eyes!)
