I’ve never had to use an exit in an emergency!

Going-off topic for a second, I do keep my shoes on till the seatbelt light goes out (just in case). I wonder if others out there have any superstitious rituals…or is it just me?

Robert.

bulkhead, I think flying superstitions is a whole 'nuther, and potentially OMNI-winning, thread. Care to kick it off?

But if you're going down the chute, aren't you going to be removing your shoes anyway. I say, "Be Prepared."

I've been through ATL, but never to Atlanta. I've been through MSP, but never to Minneapolis or St. Paul. I've been through SLC, but have visited the Tabernacle!

Essxjay: Thanks for the idea. I've created a thread called "Superstitious rituals" in FlyerTalk Community. Now if I just knew how to post a link...

TravelWeary: I never said it was logical. Oh, and I never wear high heels - a least not on business trips

I've never been to a flyer-do (yet!)..
I've never won a challenge - failed the AA challenge by 500 miles because I can't count..
I've never done a mileage run (although I'm going to need to if I make Chairman's Preferred this year).

I've redeemed an AA RT ticket award and realized that I haven't used it 13 months after it was issued.

Great thread Jailer!

Every contest needs a winner, and barring a late entry:

The winner is the hysterically funny (I remember some of his stories from PIP) MRLIMO. MRLIMO, who probably has more miles than most third world countries have debt, wins by a nose. Admitting that he only flies to collect, but never uses miles is characteristically MRLIMO humor. MRLIMO, admitting that you have a problem is the first step to a cure.

Honorable mention goes to the lovely Danielle. Go figure.

Mile high club? 27 year old virgin here! Do we have a winner?

Just kidding...

*Took an additional 3-hour layover just so I could upgrade on the later flight--flight time was 1 1/2 hours.

*Companion upgraded a cutie I was chatting it up with in the boarding area.

*Actually enjoy the Frappucino on UA.

MBS PremExec-

C'mon, this is supposed to be about humiliation NOT pridefulness!

I once flew to 6 cities in the US to save $150 on a flight path from San Jose to Chicago & Boston and back.
In order to get there cheap I also went to Newark, Nashville, Dallas, and Minneapolis.
I should have made a tour tee shirt with all the stops listed.
    NEVER AGAIN....
