With all due respect Doc (and plenty is due, I'd say less than 20% of your's are related to miles, points and travel. ANd that's probably a high estimate. I've given up on Omni and In The News because of what they've become, I hope FT community stays as close to it's stated purpose as possible.

And, FT is a place where I feel free to express my opinions-- no matter how "scathing"-- freely. I hardly think a re-reading of the FT TOS is required on my part based on my post elsewhere in this thread.

Yet, I do recall your specifically telling me that you DO hold me to a higher standard! I'm sure you will no doubt recall, and can easily find the quote, no?

Apparently, you deem that you may set the "standards" for others, and also judge them, but may I politely ask if you see yourself as also living up to them?

The difference is quite clear. The former was 100% on topic, relevant, and posted in the correct forum. The latter has very little to do with 'FT Community' and has begun to get personal.

PLEASE PLEASE why don't ALL OF YOU JUST STOP?! this is really, really, really getting so disgusting. All of these personal attacks. I can't read OMNI any more due to all of you, now I can't read Community either. Don't all of you have better things to do? I am sure I am not the only one thinking of leaving here because they are just fed up with all of these attacks that go on and on and on and add nothing!

The definition of which seemingly is "any post made by someone that a given individual does not like, which preceeds a disdainful comment subsequently made by the inherently more rightful individual, thereby absolving them from any responsibility for their own unnecessarily disparaging remark(s) against anyone!"

A remarkably laughable post that should NEVER have been made, IMHO, but thanks nontheless, for the Pythonesque commentary and the chuckles provided!
