safe & numb here in CT.
I have too many friends working in the WTC/WFC & can't get info on them. Phone lines into Manhattan are hopelessly overloaded.
My thoughts & prayers are with all affected by this insanity.

I add my thoughts with those of many others here in our community, on this day that evil has revealed itself with a new, even more horrible face. My prayers to the families of those who lost their lives on the four aircraft, and of course to those in the two New York buildings.

We are okay in Austin, TX. My husband's step brother works at the WTC. His mom (who lives in Guam)called his brother at home this morning around 9:00am after she saw it on the local news. Turns out she woke him up, he overslept today and did not make it into work. He lives very near the buildings and looked out his window confirming that they were collapsing and he was then evacuated.
