Here and safe. ORD suburb.
Lost a friend from my company this AM on the AA-11 BOS-LAX flight. Very saddened. Prayers for those that lost their lives today.
Dammnation on the souls of those who committed these acts today!!!
Supposed to be in the air as I write this on the return from ORD back to DFW. Now scheduled for Thursday Noon.
Remember - prayers for those who are no longer with us, including those AA employees who were there.

Started Sunday on LGA/ORD/LAS/OMA/ORD/LGA. My Sunday seatmate was a deadheading 757/767 pilot. I'm stuck in OMA at the moment. Wonder if my seatmate's OK? Wonder how I'll get back? Bad to be away from my family in NYC with friends not yet accounted for. Even worse trying to figure out what to do about next week's trip. How do I tell my family not to worry?

Here and hoping that all our FlyerTalker Family is as well.
I'm hoping those of you who are stranded are as comfortable as possible and I'm just glad you're here.

Still here in NYC; I guess getting laid off a couple weeks ago wasn't so bad after all - I would have been across the street from the WTC.

Safe in the bay area.....
Was supposed to board a shuttle flight this am but airport was already closed.
Simply unbelieveable - I still cannot believe what has happened to our nation, and to all the souls aboard AA and UA flights.

I am so pleased that so may of us are safe. I'm back in London having been in NYC at the weekend.
This is truly a despicable act performed by cowards against people who commited no wrong other than to work in a particular city.
I wish you all well in trying to get home.

Safe here in Houston.
Got an email from my aunt in Sutton, MA. A good friend of theirs was a flight attendant on AA 11. I guess they're more than just names eh?
