Sounds like a plan for the 33rd floor.
I can attest its walkable from the subway station to the Hilton- but a bit of a walk. However it looks like buses 306 and 307 have a stop in the basement ^ plus bus W1? So I'll investigate those more. Bit windy too- heard an FTer had a go-around

I didn't know we were the 'thrifty' group. I was told to get us to Hakata Station
