I'm doing great, but Punki has been having high blood pressure problems that we think were caused by drinking too much licorice spice tea.
It's slowed down our travelling plans, haven't been anywhere since a 7 day cruise to Alaska in June. Hopefully will be ready for a trip in August to Hamburg and Berlin to meet up with Rudi and see our daughter perform in both cities.
We need to get enough trips in this year so even if we don't requalify for 1K, at least Punki will get her MM on UA.
Hope that you and Julie are doing well too.

Official United Event for FlyerTalkers: SFO Maintenance Tour on Friday, September 14! is a previous such event. It was not the same as the concurrent San Francisco Mega-Do. Also helpful in organizing a UA tour is United Airlines Invites You to Join Our Fleet Week Employee Event: October 11, 2009.
Minnesota Bruin, if you organize this, you'd be a legend

I have wanted to do one of these mini S.F.-to-Vancouver cruises for awhile, but seemed to find none in 2010. So this is timely. I should be there. I just booked my flight (to get me most of the way there), and I will confirm the cruise shortly.
Thanks, mahasamatman, for organizing.

Please add me plus 1 as interested. We tried to go the last time and were on a waiting list and never got on.
We'll make up our minds as soon as we can.
Thanks,

I am interested but just thinking that having a MR seminar for 1/2 day of one of the at sea days might be a strong draw for some if we could find someone interested in leading. Having a group booking would facilitate getting a meeting room assigned. Even casual travelers are interested in getting the best fares for their $. Just a thought....

Remember that the rates we have are only guaranteed until 16 September. I wouldn't expect a big jump at that point, but it's always nice to get the good rates while they're available. And also remember there's no charge for canceling up until 90 days before the cruise.

Add us to the confirmed list. Thanks for the great rate too. Our travel agent said that she couldn't get close to these prices.
Looking forward to the cruise.

It looks like the rates we have are extended until 15 December.
Princess is out of the AC mini-suite, so we're up to the AB. I'll update the prices shortly (it's about $30 more per person). Since people are generally booking the mini-suites, we've also adjusted the inventory they're holding on to accordingly.
Current available inventory:
2 JJ (Inside)
2 GG (Outside)
2 BD (Balcony)
5 AB (Mini-suite)

I'm psyched! I'm already starting to draft my 2011 vacation day requests to my boss.
Update (from post #122): I cancelled my booking since I couldn't find a cruise-mate to fulfill the double occupancy requirement.
