Thank you for your information. I could see it last week and heard the same situation from my friend. So I think your are right.

After account login - Can't display accounts, try again later
Has anyone else had this problem recently? It's been happening to my account for the past week or so. Do I need to call Chase?

That is very unusual. My only guess is that they closed your account for some reason. Make sure you are using the correct links (www.chase.com) and that your internet browser can open other sites/accounts.

after account login, cannot login to a different account
This is at the web site; I don't use the app (and if I did, I would still need to use the web site for at least one thing, so I would still have the problem). I monitor three different Chase accounts (with three different logins, obviously). Often, after I check one account and log out, I often seem to be "locked" to that account. By that, I mean that the login page will not accept login credentials from my password manager (after I clear the login name of the previous account). It's erratic, and the one constant seems to be that I can succeed only if the login fields (username and password) are on the right side of the window. If the login fields are centered in the window, it always fails. Perhaps 25% of the time, clearing the cache seems to solve the problem, but sometimes clearing the cache is not necessary and that still leaves 75% of the time that I'm blocked after clearing the cache. Any ideas?

Important:It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now.
Anyone else getting this message? It has been happening quite a bit the last few weeks, usually after booking a trip or cancelling one. Then it shuts down completely.
Happens with Firefox and Google browsers. Cleared cache to no avail.

I've gotten it for a few days now when I try to register for a mybonus offer. (On other mybonus offers, I've gotten a message that I'm not eligible for the offer, which makes me hope that eventually I'll be able to register for the offer I really want.)

Chase Travel Site Down?
For the past 24 hours I have been searching the Chase Travel site for hotel stays. No matter what date or hotel I enter it says Sold Out. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Is calling the only way to address it?
