Mandalay Las Vegas

Does anyone know if there is an extra charge for internet access at this hotel when using the LHRC program?

Thank you.

Nothing related to the Chase connection.

Basically, I don't enjoy Las Vegas. And, I didn't win at Megabucks.

It is a non-smoking hotel, yet we were on the 59th floor and could smell smoke in our room. The hotel is very large and the public areas are a zoo. There are lines at the breakfast venues. The complimentary fitness room is inadequate for a deluxe hotel. (although we did fork over $30 pp for the spa's fitness room and that was very nice.)

The one great thing about the hotel is that Fleur by Hubert Keller was located within the complex. Each of our party of four ordered a distinct dish and we were all very pleased. The restaurant is fantastic, one in which I would regularly eat if it were in my hometown. Highly recommend.

website up , but booking is impossible

Anyone else have this problem? If not maybe some one could try a "dummy booking" and report back.
I used Both Chrome and Opera ( Desktop windows 7 professional 64 bit) to no avail.
Really frustrating!

Rather than going directly to the lhrcollection.com website, go in through Chase - Ultimate Rewards - Card Benefits - LHRC.

Don't know why but when you go in through this way, bookings work.

Any reason a husband/wife with separately qualifying Chase cards can't book back to back 1 night stays to double up on the unique stay credit? Understanding it would require checking out and switching rooms.

How are prices normally? Trying to book at Waldorf in December and the LHC price was considerably higher than Amex FHR and Hilton site prices. Is that normal? The choices on FHR have been disappointing lately, but the LHC options seem even worse.

I booked a mini-break at the W hotel in Seattle for August. The rate offered was identical to the "best rate" for the room type on the Marriott website, but the added value of the dining credit and free breakfast made it a pretty solid deal.

Back to Back Reservations at Same Hotel

Is there a clause in the TOC that forbids separate back to back reservations at the same property for Chase LHRC program?

I can’t seem to find the clause under the TOC here:
https://www.lhrcollection.com/Conten...33#TravelTerms

Any chance you can copy and paste it here?

Thanks!

I spoke to customer service since I was planning to book two separate reservations at the same hotel back to back, but I was told that I can only get the credit once since it was considered a consecutive stay.
