Lounge is delicious. Laksa has been tamed for foreign tastes but the sambal is authentic and spicy.
The window seats offer a nice view of the mini movie at the Perenakan corner but at certain hours only
Yes this is the only self served Moet in Changi. Enjoy it while you can.

I have phoned and twice e-mailed Changi on this and on each occasion they have confirmed this is possible.
They said in e-mail and on the phone that people holding a T4 boarding pass CAN use the shuttle to get to T2 and therefore gain access to the lounges and transit hotels in the main part of the airport and CAN then use the shuttle to get back to T4 for their flight.
The one caveat is (as has been noted elsewhere) you first need to check in and clear security at T4 before moving over to the main part.
I specifically queried in the context of using the transit hotels and this was acknowledged in my reply from them.
I think we need to get some "real world experience" confirmation from someone here that they have done it....

The physical infrastructure for an airside transfer exists. The question is whether you are allowed to transfer to the other complex if you don't have a flight departing there.
@djsflynn says he confirmed you cannot. But @tr4veller says the airport says you can. We will need some real-life experiences to confirm it seems.

I'll try 10 December if no-one has tried earlier. Dragging my wife along but she's getting used to me walking all over the place, doing inconvenient things and waving my arms to generate data points for FT.

Me + kids leaving T4 this Sunday (unfortunately would have baggage).
Wife is leaving out of T3 SQ.
If I am free maybe I will give it a go.
Presumably the only thing I can test is if I can go airside at T2/1/3?
Because, there is no way for T4 departures to physically access the T2 shuttle bus?

The way I interpret this T4 access thing is that T4 passengers can access other terminals, but only T4 passengers can go to T4.
This caps the strain on the shuttle to the total number of T4 passengers vs all transit passengers.
