Don't know about it but based what info is available, getting there/out would be more problematic - MRT does not go there, inter terminal train - neither. The only option - bus.

Some flights are currently using it to make sure the terminal is ready for prime time. No specific date for all flights applicable to T4 is set at this time.
AK (Air Asia), CX (Cathay) and other airlines are moving to T4 when it's ready.

Airlines will move when the terminal opens.
AirAsia AK
Indonesia AirAsia QZ
Thai AirAsia FD
Philippines AirAsia Z2
Cathay Pacific CX
Korean Air KE
Vietnam Airlines VN
Cebu Pacific 5J
Kenya Airways KQ
Spring Airlines 9C
There is an open house in August for 2 weeks (tickets all snapped up). I reckon it will open sometime in Q4.

I'd also like to learn about the T4 launch date. I currently have a flight from SIN-HKG in October, and I was planning to spend the night before in the airside transit hotel, but now that T4 looks entirely separate, I'd have to cancel that reservation because it has its own security area and the terminal isn't connected. Any suggestions on options that would allow my wife and I to spend a lot of time exploring the airport the night before and then catching a 6am flight the next day?

Did they tell you what would be public transport options to get there and if airside transport will be available?

Is a people-mover link to T2 being built?
Hoping for an open by mid-November, as I'll be flying in on KE and out on CX in late November. Otherwise, have to wait for KE departure in early January.

The airside transfer from T2 will be from Gate F51, which solves the issue of T4 airside being sterile (i.e. passengers have gone throughs security screening).
Signage had already been updated throughout the terminals when I went for a walk through all three in late July.
