The site is still down I think. It took so long to login to MMB then only to find out that 'we are unable to locate your bookings....'
CX website has been a total piece of cr!p for so long now in my opinion. On a regularly basis I encounter issues such as multi-city booking (per many comments above), OLCI, or the simple task of retrieving my existing bookings, etc.

Just to let everyone know that CX will upgrade their website by the end of the month.
With CX IT incompetence, I wouldn't be surprised if they wiped the server and their domain name in this next update.

It's a replay of the SQ website upgrade a few years ago when they went from a functional website to a disaster. CX seems to be following this trend too. Maybe they hired the SQ IT team, who were rumoured to have been fired after that fiasco...

When I try doing a mock booking, the web site gives me a regular J fare at one point. When I check back in an hour or so, the discount (lower) fare is available.
A colleague of mine checking the same time had the same experience. The discount fare seems to be playing hide and seek. The "my dates are flexible" grid does not display.
Is this another glitch?
